Thank goodness Lawro predicts 2-0 defeat
This game is hard to call, though. I have been impressed by Watford in the past couple of weeks - in their draw with Everton and their win over Cardiff.

West Ham have been on such a good run that they will probably be expecting to win, but when I have seen Watford away this season they have been unlucky to lose - and I just have a feeling they will leave with the points this time.

Lawro's prediction: 0-2

However....We should use his predictions as motivation. Nothing should motivate players more than sticking it to someone who tells you you’re going to lose every week.

Groundhog Day for the GTHC. The cunt.

BBC Sport pundit Mark Lawrenson has delivered his prediction for West Ham United’s visit to Southampton on Thursday.

Manuel Pellegrini’s side will be looking to get back to winning ways after falling to Watford last time out, but Lawro sees the hosts cruising to a 2-0 win at St Mary’s Stadium.

“Like [Ole Gunnar] Solskjaer at United, Southampton have undergone a transformation under Ralph Hasenhuttl, who got another win at the weekend when his new side beat Huddersfield,” he wrote on the BBC Sport website.

“With any new manager, there is nothing better than winning games straight away because you are almost convincing your players instantly that you really do know what you are on about. West Ham’s run of four straight wins ended with their defeat by Watford, and I have a feeling they will be reflecting on another loss after this game is over.”

I don't know why anyone gets upset at him. It's not his fault the media are prepared to pay him lots of money to spout rubbish.

It could've been 4-2, if our woodwork-hitting attempts had gone in and the ref had made their walls go back.

Bloke obviously has a window into a neighbouring universe where that happened.

Any fan over 45 will have thought It's West ham innit and know that loosing was always on the books.

It is fucking very annoying though that since Upton park Watford have recently along with Brighton become a bit of a bogey team .

Dillan Whyte has us to win 3-1, but that could have something to do with AJ coming from Watford.
